HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Our website has been designed to make your shopping experience easy with us. You must add the products that you wish to purchase to the cart, once you have finished you must go to your cart and check if you are happy with what you are ordering, checkout and you follow the instruction to make a purchase.
Orders can only be placed via our website. You can use Paypal or credit cards to pay for them.
Once you have filled in the correct details we will immediately receive your order to start processing for dispatch, in the meantime an order confirmation will be sent to you to confirm your details and purchase that was made through us. You will be notified with a dispatch confirmation email once the parcel has left us, usually the next working day. If you are having trouble placing an order you can contact us on our contact page.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
We take great pride in our packaging and if you have any damages in your delivery it is important that you contact as soon as you receive it. Please send an e-mail and if possible an image of the damaged item to: email@example.com. If items need to be returned we will give you details of how we would like them returned and we will refund you the cost of the carriage. If your order is missing any items please contact us as soon as possible on the same email.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible to avoid our packers picking and wrapping, if it has been processed by our staff unfortunately it is too late.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Paypal and Credit Cards.
When your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an e-mail confirming the goods we are sending and the value. We will only take payment for the goods we are sending.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY PRICES?
Our delivery charges vary according to country and delivery options. For UK customers, delivery is free if you spend £40. Please see the product page for full details of the delivery options.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU DISPATCH ORDERS?
All orders placed before midnight are dispatched on the next working day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
UK mainland standard delivery is 2-3 working days. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from us with details of your order and instructions on what happens next. Delivery options can be selected at the checkout stage.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
We currently offer a no minimum order policy which means that our customers have the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as they wish.
DO YOU OFFER A RETURN?
All products (except for face masks and underwear items) can be returned but we do not cover or reimburse postage fees. Products must be returned in the original excellent condition.
We accept returns if a product is incorrect or damaged we treat each case different but please feel free to contact us.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED AND I WANT A REFUND
On the rare occasion we hate to hear about a parcel that may have been lost on the way to you. However we are more than happy to help you, just contact us and we will find the best solution for you.

We are an online store, we haven't got a shop, for now.
